A roundup of all product updates over the past month
You may have noticed a number of updates to the platform over the last month! Our goal is always to make it easier for you to manage the processes for compliance forms and other important tasks related to hiring. Below is a list of the updates with links to the help articles with more information. If you have any questions or feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Before we get to the product updates, we’d love to hear from you. Last month we worked with one of our customers to set up a custom integration with their HR platform to automatically create candidates in Robinform. Ideally, we can do this for more districts to help you streamline getting candidates into Robinform to send forms without duplicating your team’s effort.

Pro tip: Install the new Chrome extension to minimize time spent hopping between your HR platform and Robinform!
Glue by Robinform, our Chrome Extension allows you to keep track of everything related to applicants without leaving your HR platform. Install the Chrome extension to streamline your workflow.
Easier sign in - you may have noticed you now receive a one-hour “magic link” when you sign into the dashboard. This link expires after one hour, but keeps you logged into the dashboard for a more seamless experience. If you close the window where you were working you can simply return to Robinform and remain logged in! No need to search for a link in your email.
Assign a task to internal stakeholders when a candidate is created in Robinform.
New dashboard layout highlights what you need to know right up front.
Automate “No Response” for past employers or employees so you don’t have to track them manually.
Add additional people to messages sent within Robinform, when others need visibility (i.e. CC hiring managers, principals, other HR colleagues, etc.).
Edit the email and instructions sent to candidates and past employers to be customized with what your org wants them to know.
