Why we created a peer community
We're creating a space to share your wins, get peer–peer advice, and share best practices. Join us!
When we were first developing Robinform, we talked with a lot of school district HR professionals and administrators. In those conversations we were asked again and again what other districts were doing for [insert XYZ-Scenario].
So much of our professional lives are siloed, and often the only time we get to talk with peers is at expensive, annual conferences. This is why we created the School Admins Community on Substack. A free place where school administrators across districts (and states!) can discuss best practices for things like compliance, onboarding, payroll, etc. Ask for advice from peers who may have a solution to a struggle you’re facing. Or share a win - something you’ve done at your district you think other districts should know about. And you don’t have to wait until the next big conference to get peer feedback or connect with your colleagues.
We want this community to be driven by you. As a (free) subscriber, you can start a new thread or reply to somebody else. We may occasionally pop in with topics we’re hearing frequently (or remove something that doesn’t adhere to our community guidelines), but it’s not about Robinform - it’s about you!
Join the conversation, and invite anybody else you think would benefit from collaborating with other school admins and HR professionals.
