Updates to Robinform - May 2025

What's new this spring?

Last month we made several improvements to the platform. The two major updates are below.

• Insights in the dashboard

  • See your average response time to requesting districts (signers only)

    

    
    

  • Other districts average response time (if they’ve ever responded to a form sent via Robinform):

    

• Mark a form “No response”

  • While you’ve always been able to mark forms “incomplete” if a district doesn’t respond, we have renamed this “Mark No Response” for clarity. When a form is marked “No Response”, you’ll see a yellow door icon next to it on the dashboard (video below shows where this option is on the dashboard):
