Turn on email alerts for all activity in Robinform
Get notified by email even if you're not the one who created the form
You can turn on emails to be notified for all forms in your organization. This is great for anybody who is not adding applicants in Robinform but is responsible for follow-ups and staying on top of the progress. All you need to do is reply to your sign-in email, and request “send me update emails for all activity in my organization”.
Here’s an example:
Regardless of who created the form in Robinform, you will now be notified when:
Any forms are completed by the applicant
Any forms are completed by past employers
Employer reports are ready (for relevant forms, like HB486)
