Below is a recap on updates made to Robinform in the past month. If you’re curious to learn more about anything in particular, please reach out.
Improvements to the employee experience:
The instructions to fill out the form are now more clear (and hard to miss)
Auto-scroll + visual cues to indicate where information is being filled in on the form

Send the form by fax, via Robinform
You can send a form via Fax, from the Robinform dashboard. First, confirm you have the correct fax number. Then, select “send”. The fax will be sent and recorded in the log:
Admins: Sort forms by creator
See forms created by specific users to monitor their status. Select the drop down in the upper right hand corner:
And then select which creator’s forms you want to view:
Admins: Update your contact information
You now can specify what email you want to list as your contact email. This email address is included in the email sent to both employees and their past employers when the form is sent. Specific instructions are found here.
