Emails captured in log on Robinform record

If somebody responds to an email from Robinform, it will show up in your log

Sometimes employees or past employers will reply to an email from Robinform, rather than reach out to the contact listed. These emails are now surfaced in the log, on the record in Robinform:

You will see who responded, the date, and their message, allowing you the opportunity to follow up if necessary.

Tip: Check the logs periodically, looking for “[their email address] replied to email:”
